RUHFUS Systemhydraulik has set itself the aim of ensuring the achievement of its own organisational aims as well as meeting customer requirements by strict compliance with the specifications of the manual but always also with particular consideration of the economic viability and of all relevant aspects regarding health, safety and environmental protection.

The management system presented in terms of DIN EN ISO 9001 and the applicable laws, directives and regulations documents the interaction of all individual areas and all employees for the realisation of our goals, which we have defined for the company as follows:

  • We want satisfied customers - these set the standard for good quality work. Quality is the task of all - and thus the task of each one of us.
  • Safety at work und correct environmental behaviour have the same importance as development, production / assembly, maintenance, quality und costs.
  • By behaving in a safe and environmentally-friendly way we face up to possible dangers and risks, protect our employees, third parties and the environment and boost our efficiency.
  • We want to pursue an ongoing improvement process; by this we mean:
  1. acting in a customer-focused way
  2. developing problem awareness and acting accordingly
  3. improving processes
  4. setting and meeting standards
  5. recognising and rectifying deviations
  6. minimising hazards and risks to persons and property in the area of health, safety and environment
  7. passing on experience
  • We want to rectify not only current errors/risks/hazards but also exclude the causes of them as well as any future deviations and thus give expression to our efforts for continuous improvement
  • We want to support our sub-suppliers in supplying us with the materials / products in the form in which we need them to achieve our aims
  • We want to set ourselves concrete, measurable targets each year and work intensively on achieving them

We see an important management function in realising the targets set and consider achieving them as a joint obligation.

The management plans, organises and monitors the alignment of the company and ensures implementation in daily work.

Measureable goals are – periodically checked and if necessary revised – part of the periodic management assessment and lead to continuous improvement in the company.
